All of our candidates, permanent and temporary are fully interviewed first via the telephone and then put through rigorous face to face interviews.
Skill checks are required with the latest up to date technology. 
At least two business references are undertaken using a proven and effective referencing system.
All candidates are fully briefed prior to each individual interview. They will have a good understanding of the company and the vacancy.
All CV’s will be accompanied with a CV Commentary, providing interviewers with vital information fundamental to the selection process otherwise not contained in the CV. 
This commitment means you will only ever see serious and suitable candidates.

WHAT ABOUT THE COST?

With Koncepts Option Packages, you the client can choose a fee that best suits your requirements; right up to the point an offer of employment is made.
Ranging from 23% to 16% offering Substantial Guarantees and Free Replacement Schemes.
These Options acknowledge that your needs will change as vacancies occur.  This flexibility allows you to tailor your specific recruitment needs to vacancies on an individual basis enabling your business to focus on the right applicant whilst retaining control of costs.
No fee is payable if no offer of employment made.

IN NEED OF TEMPORARY COVER?

Employers use Temporaries because it allows them to try out staff before making a long term commitment and also allows them the ability to be flexible with their workforce, enabling them to take on additional staff to cope with sudden rises in demand. Cover sick, holiday or maternity leave or just to have help with seasonal trends within the market place.
For what ever reason your company requires a temp, Koncept knows the importance of placing the right individual for your time of need.
As mentioned all of our temporaries are tested to exacting standards, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a temp, let us know within 3 hours of their start time and No Charge will be made for this temp or the next day’s replacement.

HOW DO KONCEPT CHARGE FOR TEMPS?

We agree together the temp’s hourly rate of pay.
Koncept then adds
Employer’s national insurance contribution, holiday & sick pay provision.
Plus Koncepts profit, which equals Our Charge Rate to you.
